MrBeast has created videos that have won millions of hearts. But with his growing number of followers, the creator has always kept track of his quality videos as well.
In some cases, though, to maintain that level of quality, MrBeast takes drastic decisions. In a recent interview with MrBeast’s long-time friend and manager, Reed Duchscher, a huge fact about Jimmy Donaldson was disclosed.
Why MrBeast discards his videos?
In a recent interview with Colin and Samir, MrBeast’s manager Reed Duchscher disclosed that MrBeast has a graveyard of videos that have not been uploaded. He said, “There are a lot of those stories where there’re just videos in the graveyard and there’s a ton of videos in the graveyard.”
These videos were discarded because MrBeast only prefers quality rich videos to go out on his channel. This is in fact a very good thing for him, as the 24-year-old creator only gets one up after each video and thus gains more and more popularity every time a new video gets uploaded.

Thus, to maintain that quality, he without a second thought, discards videos even though it had consumed heavy budgets and immense efforts. Although some may think that this is not that necessary, according to Reed, this has made MrBeast what he is today, i.e. a world-class content creator.
Jimmy once discarded a World-Tour-type video
In the interview, MrBeast’s manager also explained how Jimmy once discarded a world tour video. He explained how the creator and his seven friends traveled separately to the seven wonders but, after the shoot, the video was discarded because the thumbnail was not decided properly.

Reed said, “They traveled to like all seven wonders of the world. So they basically had drawn straws, and it was like ‘I got pyramids of Giza’ and ‘Stonehenge’ and like everyone got a different location and they all left at the same time and went to the seven wonders of the world.”
He then further added, “It never got posted because they could never figure out what the thumbnail was for this video. I kid you not, everything was filmed. Jimmy lost his camera in Rome, which was problem number one, and then no thumbnail got taken and so it’s like video never got posted.”
Whatever MrBeast’s plans were and will be, are carefully calculated and he makes sure quality content is produced for the audience. What do you think about this? Let us know in the comments below.
