Jake Paul believes Floyd Mayweather is “scared” to face him in a full professional bout after struggling against his brother Logan last summer.
Mayweather gave up 35lb to allow Jake’s elder sibling to fight him in an exhibition last year, but there were no judges at ringside and the bout ended without a result when they went the eight-round distance. And despite having previously claimed he would be interested in fighting the younger Paul, no bout between the two ever materialised.
For his part, Paul has insisted that the bout must be an officially sanctioned contest, with both men agreeing on a weight class and judges being able to determine a winner. The YouTuber would be putting his 5-0 professional record on the line, while Mayweather would offer up his legendary 50-0.

Paul was speaking with undisputed lightweight champion Devin Haney on his new show BS with Jake Paul when the topic of all-time great athletes was brought up.
